FireCan Rocks

These really made a difference dispersing the heat radiating from our Ignik Elite! Lightweight and easy to use between use as a fire pit and a cooking pit.

Work great in fire can elite and you can still close the lid with the hose, rocks, and a lighter for storage. Highly recommend for a better looking fire.

These do add a bit of weight but are a really nice addition to the Firecan and the heat and ambiance it creates.

The rocks enhance the Firecan flames.

I left two voicemails and sent multiple emails requesting help with my package. FedEx has told me to contact you, the shipper, to resolve the issue. I have not received any phone call or email from you in days now. As a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars on your products over the years, I am extremely disappointed in your customer service. So disappointed, in fact, that I will no longer buy another product from your company. I will tell friends and family as well about my poor experience. I will submit a negative review documenting my experience. You will lose future sales because of the way you’ve treated me, a once loyal customer. If you aren’t going to help resolve the shipping issue then please keep my money. You won’t get another dime from me.
