WARNING: Volcanic rock has the ability to trap moisture and fracture or pop upon rapid heating. When using lava rock apply heat gradually and at low levels to reduce the release of any moisture or internal steam buildup.
Adding these to your Firecan give it some ambient heat that sticks around for quite a while after you turn off the flames. Takes a little longer to cool off to pack everything up, but I feel that it helps disperse heat better with them in the can.

Fire Can Rocks
These really made a difference dispersing the heat radiating from our Ignik Elite! Lightweight and easy to use between use as a fire pit and a cooking pit.

Fire rocks
Work great in fire can elite and you can still close the lid with the hose, rocks, and a lighter for storage. Highly recommend for a better looking fire.

These do add a bit of weight but are a really nice addition to the Firecan and the heat and ambiance it creates.
