Gas Growler Basic

OK so seriously this growler has saved camping for my family. ALL of the Ignik products share one wonderful quality--they are small but efficient. The keyword is small. When you are packing up for a family of four, space in the car is seriously cramped. I can fit the small fire can and Ignik growler and have room for other things. The kids have stopped complaining that there is no room in the car.
To give you an idea of what 9 lbs of propane does, I used the fire can for about 2 hours every night, and used it with my shower for warm water. It had not run out at the end of my 3 day trip.
I have NO trouble getting it filled anywhere. I have had no trouble with leaks or any other issues. It performs perfectly.

So my first one had a leak and the rep was really kindly enought to process a replacement. When my replacement came and I took it it get if filled, the guy says it cant be filled and something about maybe the valve inside is messed up. So then I decided to take it to another fill station which they told me the same thing. Now I'm contacting ignik again and their ignoring me for days already. I really want to like the product but caused me to be disappointed and a big headache.

This thing is awesome! Now I don’t have to carry around five or six different small propane tanks. Also, the fact that I’m not adding to any landfills. Makes me feel any better. Great product.

I use this tank for a Blackstone, Colman Grill and a hot water shower. I got my first one stolen and was sent a coupon immediately to get another one for a better deal. Very happy with the product and a far better solution than using the green 1lb tanks.

My experiences with the Gas Growler have been fantastic. It's great for shorter trips or when you just want to fire up the Fire Can for some ambiance, or to cook some s'mores. We're so happy to help conserve resources, and move away from single-use green propane bottles. Saving money on top of that is just the cherry on top.
